The camera passes film without a scratch on the base or the emulsion.
The aperture is what we now call "Super 35" format as the
entire filmimage area is used from right perforations to left perforations.
It holds 400 feet of film in the two removable film boxes. Before
this, many cameras had the film boxes attached to the outside but
this had a tendency to cause light leaks through the doors of the
magazines so the camera bodies were made larger and the mags were
put inside the camera.
